Prior to joining Morgan Samuels, Ms. Gilley was a Senior Associate with Heidrick & Struggles and a member of their Global Technology and Chief Information Officer Practice groups. Previously, Ms. Gilley was a Senior Associate and Principal with Korn/Ferry International’s Advanced Technology Practice. She also served as the Assistant Director of Research, where she executed assignments and managed the research team. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry International, Ms. Gilley was a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds and Associates. She completed assignments with clients in Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, and Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
Ms. Gilley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She has been an active member of the Junior League of Austin, Dallas, and Chicago and has been involved with the Junior Austin Woman’s Club. In addition, she has served as an Alumni Board Member for St. Edward’s University. Ms Gilley said, “I'm excited to join the collaborative team-centric atmosphere at Morgan Samuels.
