MyTechHelp continues to provide exceptional technical support as it provides technical support services to include iCloud®, a free cloud service from Apple® which works seamlessly with your iPhone®, iPad®, iPod touch®, Mac® or PC to push and store your content in the cloud.
“iCloud is a big part of Apple and all of its products. Nearly every Apple customer owns more than one Apple device and it can be challenging to maintain up-to-date information across all Apple devices,” says Russell Giniger, SVP Sales for MyTechHelp. “MyTechHelp agents are available to help in the iCloud setup process to ensure Apple customers can sync and store their documents, apps, calendar, mail and contacts.”
iCloud is a cloud storage and cloud computing service from Apple, Inc. with over 150 million users. With iCloud, people store data, such as music and iOS applications, on remote computer servers to be downloaded and shared to multiple devices, including iOS-based devices running iOS 5 or later, and personal computers running OS X Lion or later.
With iCloud, Apple product owners can digitally sync all their devices and back them up to the cloud. The service includes up to 5GB of free iCloud storage access, with additional storage capacities of 10GB, 20GB or 50GB, which can be purchased for $20, $40 or $100 per year, respectively.
In September, Apple announced an end to its 20GB of free storage to some of its iCloud users who migrated from MobileMe. Apple’s MobileMe service once served as a data syncing platform for contacts, calendars, bookmarks, iWork documents, email and other data.
“This past July, Apple announced it reached 150 million iCloud users and sold 26 million iPhones and 17 million iPads in Q3,” said Giniger. “As Apple continues to reach sales records, MyTechHelp will continue to expand its tech support team and offer fantastic customer support.”
