The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Nina M. Kelly as a 2015-2016 inductee into the NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in education. With more than 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Nina M. Kelly is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Dr. Kelly has served as President on numerous nonprofit boards, New Orleans Opera Association, Southern Repertory Theatre, Young Audiences board member, Chair for Loyola University School of Music, Visiting Committee, President / CEO of the Children’s Bureau, VP of Shreveport Opera Association and has held other board positions on nonprofits, which benefit the arts and community.

Dr. Kelly’s non-fiction book, Grace Has a Silent Voice, published by Balboa Press, honors the silent heroes who enter in our life leaving an indelible mark and often are never noted. She believes they are the true heroes of life. She is also the Film Executive Producer of short film, Dandelion, 2015 LA Film Festival and won the Founders’ Award, New Orleans Film Festival and La Acadian festival.

The unwavering dedication demonstrated by Dr. Kelly fully utilizes the aspirations for success that have earned her this recognition from the National Association of Professional Women, honoring her as an inspiration and a leader in her industry.
