The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Shanna Scordo as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Shanna Scordo is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Ms. Scordo is Co-Founder of Scordo, Inc., dba EarthCraft Design-Build-Maintain. In her role, she specializes in designing, estimating, business development, marketing, strategic planning and client relationship building.

“Although the name of our business is often shortened to EarthCraft Landscaping, the full name is a tribute to the three pillars of all great landscapes: a solid design, sound installation and proper, ongoing maintenance,” said Ms. Scordo.

Ms. Scordo received her Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Contracting from Penn State University. Beyond her remarkable entrepreneurial pursuits, she is devoted to mentoring young women in the landscape and construction industries. To this end, Ms. Scordo is an active leader of an informal luncheon forum at Penn State University, where students in Landscape Contracting and the College of Agriculture learn from a small panel of women graduates.
