NAPW honors Judith Crouch, Human Resources Manager for Office of the Arkansas Secretary of State as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year for leadership in business with this prestigious distinction. Ms. Crouch is responsible for the seamless operation of the human resource department for the Arkansas Secretary of State. Ms. Crouch coordinates the areas of staffing, recruitment, training, compensation, payroll, benefits and personnel for the Secretary of State's office. Ms. Crouch was instrumental in the update of the ‘time and leave’ entry software. She is currently taking on a new project to enhance the staff and supervisor education and personal improvement resources.

Ms. Crouch received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Ouachita Baptist University. She has a varied work background that includes not only state government, but teaching secondary level, church support ministry, political action committees and political campaigns.
