The MCM Family of Hotels operates eight properties and 1577 rooms in the Southwest. “Maestro streamlines operations, provides reservation software for direct online booking, and connects all our hotels on one database,” said Venita Yelley, vice president of operations for MCM. “Maestro’s single-image database made it very easy and cost-effective to add our eighth hotel. We were ‘live’ and making money in less than a week. We also installed NORTHWIND’s ResWave online direct booking engine for our new hotel. ResWave lets us easily build rates and packages and there are no interface issues as with third-party reservation systems.”
