The event, held at the Hotel Contessa September 16 – 19, was jam packed with interactive sessions, networking opportunities, hands-on labs, partner showcase and best practices to give independent operators tools and strategies to increase online revenue, productivity, guest engagement and profits. Maestro Integration Streamlines All Areas of Company and Property Operations

The Maestro User’s Conference included popular hands-on labs and expert sessions that delivered personalized operator education and Q & A forums. NORTHWIND also provided interactive boot camps on new Maestro features, Rates and Yield Management, Guest Loyalty, and Integrated Operations, as well as other topics.
