This seminar brings both the applicant and defense perspectives on workers’ compensation law in California for all legal professionals. In any employer-employee relationship, a work injury can adversely affect not only the employee and his or her family, but the employer’s business and insurance premiums. A greater understanding of the injured workers' rights and the employer’s defenses will assist everyone involved in the legal system.
