OpenSymmetry, a global sales performance management (SPM) consulting firm, announced the promotion of Ray Wolf from SVP, Professional Services to President. The expanded leadership structure will enable OpenSymmetry to continue to drive customer success through delivering high value SPM solutions to companies globally, while accelerating corporate growth through extended partner relationships and expansion into corporate performance management, business intelligence and talent management services.

As president of OpenSymmetry, Mr. Wolf will lead the entire SPM business line. In this role, he will own and execute OpenSymmetry’s annual strategic plan and ensure the company’s human capital is fully dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and worldwide customer service excellence. To support this goal, Mr. Wolf will oversee OpenSymmetry’s global integration and operational excellence programs designed to optimize and differentiate the customer experience. In his previous role as senior vice president of professional services at OpenSymmetry, Mr. Wolf managed the day-to-day operations of key corporate initiatives including global managed services, business intelligence, strategy services, new service incubation, training and implementation.
