On 10th August 2012 the PPI Reclaim Company launched a new streamlined enquiry service on their website http://www.ppireclaimcompany.co.uk/ in order to ensure that everyone can easily get access to their PPI claims service and get all the help and advice they need.
Formerly anyone visiting the PPI Reclaim Company’s website would have needed to either phone the advisors or fill out a long form. Following customer feedback which suggested that customers were not comfortable with providing detailed information at the first contact stage the company got to work to change the way the customers were able to make the initial first contact.
Now, the contact form is simply just the basic fields asking the potential customer for their name, address, a contact telephone number and an email address. Following this there are only three financial based questions which the visitor will be required to answer and are done so using a drop down menu which once again will take a few seconds to answer. The questions are simply to find out how many loans and credit cards you hold with a payment protection policy attached and whether or not you are in an IVA or debt management place. This will take no more than a few minutes for the visitor to complete and then an advisor from the PPI Reclaim Company (http://www.ppireclaimcompany.co.uk/payment-protection-insurance/) will get in touch with the visitor to further discuss the claim.
Alternatively, if the visitor would prefer to avoid waiting for a call back or contact email they can quickly call the telephone number which is displayed on the website. Many visitors stated they prefer to have control over where and when they talk to the advisor so they can do so at a time that suits them rather than in an inconvenient situation such as work or whilst travelling.
In addition, the increased information which is now available on the website’s homepage addresses many of the most common basic questions about the payment protection insurance claims process. This will result in visitors being able to gather all of the general facts available about the process before they contact the PPI Reclaim Company for more tailored advice.
Feedback from customers who trialled the new form prior to its launched were impressed by the simple two step process and the presentation of information all available on the homepage.
