Keeping the rights of children and animals protected has always been a lifelong focus for creator and CEO Susi Beatty. Being passionate about protecting those who cannot protect themselves, in 2005 she was hit with the idea of using a mascot to promote the rights of children and animals in the same way that Smokey the Bear protects forests or McGruff the Crime Dog® takes a bite out of crime.

Today, Susi B Marketing, Inc. is sponsoring this contest to bring the cause of Angie the Ant to the masses in a way that is both cost effective and unique.

Susi B Marketing, Inc. has found that the best advocacy is grassroots, working within the communities to educate and empower people to make a difference. Beatty is open to fresh ideas to broadcast Angie the Ant’s message and is willing to put her money where her mouth is.

To win, participants must come up with the most creative grassroots marketing campaign for Angie the Ant. You must be 18 years old or older in order to enter, and the entry must be sent no later than 11 PM EST on 3/15/2011. The entries will be judged by a panel of distinguished marketing professionals, and the winner will be notified by email or phone upon receiving the award.
