Harvey and Hugo

All of our digital services will be Pay-as-Hugo like our traditional PR services. We don’t believe in contracts as if we’re doing good work we will attract repeat monthly work.

(PRWEB UK) 30 April 2012

Newcastle PR agency Harvey and Hugo has expanded with the launch of a new package of digital PR services for SMEs and entrepreneurs.

The company, which has an additional office in Darlington, has extended its range of PR services aimed at boosting the online performance and PR presence of Newcastle businesses.

While the Newcastle PR agency continues to enjoy success on the back of its ‘Pay-as-Hugo’ strategy – which enables business to avoid expensive retainers associated with traditional PR providers – it has also seen considerable growth in demand for online services.

The firm has responded with the launch of website PR, onsite and offsite SEO, article marketing, video marketing and social media development services – all of which it has unofficially offered in the past when requested but never openly advertised.

The Newcastle PR firm has marked the roll out of its new services with the launch of a new website which will connect the group’s huge social media following with the business as well as providing info for potential clients.

Harvey and Hugo was established three years ago by young entrepreneur Charlotte Nichols and currently employs four people.

The agency is one of the most followed Newcastle PR firms on Twitter – with over 5000 followers – and also has a sizeable following on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Ms Nichols, who was named Star Radio Business Person of the Year in 2010 and has also been an ambassador for the ‘If We Can you Can’ entrepreneurial initiative, said: “I’ve learnt a lot in business in the last three years and made a few mistakes which have taught me a lot. We clearly see digital as the way forward for us and we aim to expand on the back of it.

“All of our digital services will be Pay-as-Hugo like our traditional PR services. We don’t believe in contracts as if we’re doing good work we will attract repeat monthly work.”
