The doors to the Show Home of the Cubita Wyndham Grand residential/hotel project, located in the city of Chitre on Panama’s Azuero Peninsula, were officially opened to an enthusiastic gathering of local community members, prospective buyers and representatives from a variety of business and tourism activities. As guests arrived, they were invited to explore the house with Cubita personnel serving as guides and answering questions. Expressions of admiration for the tasteful elegance, well-planned layout and superb quality of the materials and finishes used throughout the house were heard repeatedly as guests mingled and enjoyed the sumptuous buffet of hors d’oeuvres, wine and mixed drinks served on the patio.

The Tonosi Model Show Home is one of two models of single-family residences available in the residential area of the Cubita Wyndham Grand project. The Cubita project has become an icon of the dynamic economic growth currently taking place in the Azuero Pensinsula, confirmed in a recent economic study. The study reveals that Azuero outranks most provinces in the country in a number of economic indicators, including per capita GDP and the Human Development Index, a measurement of quality of life based on factors such as education, life expectancy, etc. Especially significant is the fact that in the past 10 years, over 60 large companies with operations at the national level have established branches in Chitre, meaning more jobs and greater opportunities at every level, including commerce, health, education and recreation.
The high spirits and positive feedback expressed by the guests at the grand opening of the Cubita Show Home can only portend further successes as this authentically Panamanian project, which is already 60% sold and approaching construction completion, issues in a new era not only for Cubita’s homeowners, hotel guests and commercial establishments, but for the entire Azuero region and its friendly, energetic and enterprising population.
