Mr. Chung’s charismatic and energetic welcome address delivered an overview of Parature milestones, the unveiling of Parature Spring ’09 and what to expect from this year’s users’ conference. Specifically, he spoke of the all new and completely redesigned Parature Chat™, innovation in the new world of social media, including a Parature Twitter integration and iPhone application, as well as an important new customer feedback feature.
