Fargo, North Dakota (PRWEB) November 1, 2007 -- Partners Advantage Insurance Services, Inc., and MAXX Financial Partners, LLC, announced today the completion of their merger, creating one of the largest, most comprehensive Insurance Marketing Organizations in the United States. The completion of this merger will form a new company, Partners Advantage Insurance Services, LLC. Scott Tietz will serve as the CEO of Partners Advantage Insurance Services, LLC, while Daniel Peterson will serve as President.
The merger combines two of the fastest growing insurance organizations in the United States. Partners Advantage is one nation's largest term insurance wholesalers and employs over 20 people in Colton, California. MAXX Financial Partners has become a leading wholesaler providing a complete offering of insurance based products and employs over 30 people in Fargo, North Dakota. The new company will maintain operating offices in both locations. Combined the new Partners Advantage will have over 50 employees, in 4 states, and affiliated partner offices in 9 states. The new organization will work with independent insurance agents, financial advisors, broker dealers, and banks in all 50 states. Insurance representatives will now have a centralized home bringing together all the necessary tools available in the insurance marketplace and a new level of white glove customer service.

Topping $52-million in life insurance premium and $255-million in annuity premium, the new company will be poised for the upcoming boom in insurance sales.
