Pharmacy OneSource Launches SPEAK Initiative to Promote Medication Safety Awareness

The official kick-off of SPEAK will occur during the American Society of Health-system Pharmacists (ASHP) 2008 Midyear Clinical Meeting, to be held December 7-11 in Orlando, Florida.
