Approximately 11 months passed between 600,000th and 700,000th reservations and again between the 700 and 800,000th. However, it took less than nine months to go from the 800,000th to 900,000th reservations logged by the call center and less than six months to get from 900,000 to one million. By the end of the year, PhoneSmart call representatives are projected to have spent more than 25,000 hours talking to prospective clients about self storage. This trend hasn’t gone unnoticed within the industry either. Recently, PhoneSmart was named the recipient of the first-ever Inside Self Storage Award for Best Call Center.
