PhoneSmart Reaches Milestone Of Recording Their One Millionth Lead Reservation

By the end of the year, PhoneSmart call representatives are projected to have spent more than 25,000 hours talking to prospective clients about self storage. This trend hasn’t gone unnoticed within the industry either. Recently, PhoneSmart was named the recipient of the first-ever Inside Self Storage Award for Best Call Center.
