Pipe Flow Expert 2008 is a premier software application that solves the fluid flows and pressure losses in both open and closed loop pipe networks.

The latest release includes support for simple network licensing, allowing multiple users to run the software from a shared hard disk drive, without needing to install any other licensing software. The program is also available on USB Flash Drive and can be moved between machines via simple “Plug & Play”.
New functionality includes the ability to view results on the pipe schematic with the pipes and nodes drawn according to a color gradient that is specified against a particular calculation, such as the volume of flow in a pipe, the pressure drop in a pipe, the friction loss in a pipe or other results data. This provides an instant and visual analysis of the flows and pressures in the pipe system.
Other new features include Cut, Copy and Paste of multiple pipes and nodes, including transfer of these items between different piping drawings. Groups of items can also be updated on mass, to set common attributes such as elevations or pipe diameters.
