Bauer will be responsible for assisting Pollock Atlanta with growing the market and continuing to drive profitable results.
Bauer joins the Pollock family from Grainger, where he held various leadership roles in the National Accounts division. As District Sales Manager, Bauer implemented 4 disciplines of execution methodology across the sales team, driving a 35% increase in pipeline closure rate. He received the Leadership Award for Outstanding Vision, Dedication & Commitment to Excellence. In 2010, Bauer was also a recipient of the company’s prestigious Annual Achievers Award for his top 1% sales performance.
Bauer comes to Pollock with more than 12 years of B2B solution selling expertise, with distinct talent at managing sales teams and building C-level relationships. Prior to his time at Grainger, Bauer was a Territory Manager for Cintas Corporation, directing all New Business Development functions for corporate identity uniform programs in his territory. He achieved Top Performing Rookie Seller and earned Eagles Club Award for Top Seller in the Central Region. Bauer received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. While at Cintas, Bauer also spearheaded market development of GHX SAP integration, which resulted in a $1.9 million revenue gain in 12 months.
