Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading Orange County property management company providing services to community associations, is proud to announce it has promoted Heather Smith from Associate Community Association Manager to Community Association Manager. Heather joined the Keystone Pacific Property Management team in 2009.

In her new position as a community association manager, Heather will be responsible for managing a portfolio of the firm’s existing and new development communities within Orange County. Heather Smith will be based in the firm’s corporate office located in Irvine, CA.
Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from California State University, Fullerton and is currently working towards obtaining the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.
