When people click on one article, the system will now also recommend other articles that are related, he said.
“The system will figure out which type of information that specific customer needs, and make it much easier for them to access it,” the PropertyRecord.com spokesman said. “We consider that a major improvement in the members' area.”
In addition, articles that have been posted on PropertyRecord.com's social media sites and blog will now automatically feed into the members' area.
“That alone will bring new information into the members' area that people can search for,” he said. “The entire goal of this operation is to give our customers as much information as possible in an easy-to-access way. We think this new innovation accomplishes that.”
