We think the best way to brainstorm ways to help serve consumers better is to let our customers review how we are doing. So we are going to make the effort to get reviews from them.

PropertyValueLookup.com is initiating a program where they will ask customers to review their site and services in hopes of making them better in the long run, the company announced yesterday.
“We think we have done an excellent job of providing people with public real estate records,” a PropertyValueLookup.com spokesman said. “But we know there is always room for improvement. We think the best way to brainstorm ways to help serve consumers better is to let our customers review how we are doing. So we are going to make the effort to get reviews from them.”
PropertyValueLookup.com will ask customers to review their experience with the site multiple times, he said. First they will be asked to review their experience after they have ordered a public real estate record. Then, they will ask for a review after someone has contacted customer service with a question or concern. Finally, an email will be sent several days after a customer has contacted PropertyValueLookup.com for a review, when they have had time to think about the experience.
“By having multiple review points, we think we'll get a better overall picture of our company,” he said. “This is a great way for us to get feedback. There may be a minor change we can make that can greatly improve the customer experience. But we won't know about it until customers send us a review.”
PropertyValueLookup.com will announce the results of their review next month, he said.
