Photojournalist James "Alex" Alexander, founder of Alexander Consulting, set off on his "Motoring Across America 2010” tour. To support his cross-country journey, Alex launched Pups Across America , a pet photography service where Alex will take professional photos of pets and their owners that he meets along the way, with a specialty in photographs of dogs.

"Ten dollars of every photo shoot goes to Dogtown Canine Rescue to find homes for abandoned or abused dogs. I'm proud to support such an important cause,” said James Alexander.

Hitting the road in a large RV, Alex, his wife Jan, two pups, a bunch of camera gear and other photographic technology, the team is heading across the country to see America and document the journey.
