Pure Energy Services Ltd. (“Pure Energy”) recently implemented cfactor as its workforce technology hub. The cfactor on-demand platform supports Pure Energy’s workforce management, reporting, communications, training/certifications and performance management activities.

Pure Energy’s initial focus was to drive efficiencies with cfactor’s suite of online self-service tools. Employees are now able to use technology to manage a number of work related activities. Full process automation has effectively replaced a number of manual processes. Vacation requests, updating personal and banking information, viewing pay information and requesting confirmation of employment letters are now fully automated. Managers are provided with secure access to employee reports and possess the ability to hire, promote and process compensation changes. Processes initiated by a manager are automatically routed to ensure the necessary approvals are attained prior to flowing directly into the payroll system.

With the first phase successfully launched, the focus has now shifted to employee training, certification and performance management.
