QuisLex, a premier offshore legal services provider, announced its acquisition of SQ Global Solutions, a joint venture between QuisLex and Strategic Legal Solutions, a leading New York based temporary staffing company.
New York (PRWEB) May 7, 2009 -- QuisLex, Inc., a premier offshore legal services provider, announced its acquisition of SQ Global Solutions, LLC. SQ Global Solutions was formed in 2006 as a joint venture between QuisLex and Strategic Legal Solutions, a leading New York based temporary staffing company. The acquisition gives QuisLex a stronger foothold in the New York region where SQ Global Solutions is providing offshore legal support solutions such as litigation document reviews, M&A due diligence and contracts management to several Global 500 corporations and Am Law 100 law firms. Strategic will continue to provide sales and marketing support to SQ and QuisLex in the US market.
