Realtor Denise Wilson with RE/MAX Ability Plus and their exclusive RE/MAX Collection office recently sponsored Fuelicious- A Celebration of Wheels and Wishes at the Lucas Oil Estate.

This is an exclusive charity event raising money for Indiana Children’s Wish Fund. It was a fun evening showcasing luxury cars on the stunning Lucas Oil Estate.

We had multiple luxury listings on display for car and real estate aficionados to view.”

Wilson went on to explain that RE/MAX Ability Plus has the only exclusive RE/MAX Collection office in Indiana. The RE/MAX Collection is the luxury home division of the RE/MAX brand. “As a RE/MAX Collection office, we offer our clients cutting edge luxury home marketing and exposure to luxury home buyers,” Wilson said, before adding, “We do this through avenues like the RE/MAX Collection global website, our RE/MAX Collection home magazine, local marketing to reach luxury buyers, and through exclusive events like Fuelicious.”

RE/MAX Ability Plus’ Collection office is located in the Indiana Design Center in the Carmel Arts & Design District. Denise believes the partnership between her company and the Design Center is an added benefit to her luxury home clients. Her clients have access to monthly workshops presented at the Design Center by interior design and home fashion experts. They also can become members at no cost of the Affiliate Circle which gives them premium offers and services that are provided by the professionals and retailers showcased at the Design Center. Showrooms found in the Indiana Design Center include Jack Laurie Home Floor Designs, Reese Kitchen, Bath and Lighting Gallery, and more.

“I am always looking for new and innovative ways to market my client’s homes. The Fuelicious event is just one example of a different avenue we used to get exposure for our luxury home listings and help raise money for an excellent organization. I have also recently incorporated 3-D Virtual Tours to showcase my client’s homes online, where buyers want to be able to virtual walk through a listing before scheduling a showing,” Denise shared.

Wilson is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a collaboration that allows her to further engage luxury home buyers for her listings and apply the latest marketing tools to best showcase her luxury listings.
