ReUseIt is making it easy to de-clutter homes and offices while making a difference locally with their new drive thru donation station in Citrus Heights, CA. All donations are tax deductible and directly benefit Big Brother’s Big Sisters of the Greater Sacramento Area, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping local children reach their potential through one to one relationships with mentors.
During ReUseIt’s Grand Opening Community Celebration on Saturday, October 6th, donate two or more bags of recyclable items such as usable clothing, shoes, books, toys, small appliances, and house-wares and be automatically entered to win an ipad2, in addition to receiving a free 12 oz. smoothie, one free self serve car wash, and a $5 off coupon at any Thrift Town store location (two bags or more, per person per donation). ReUseIt’s official ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Friday, October 5th at 11am.
Reuseit’s maiden drive thru station is located at 7770 Auburn Blvd., in Citrus Heights, CA on the corner of Auburn Blvd. and Watson. The station is open daily with attendants waiting to help unload vehicles Monday through Friday 7 am – 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Drive up, drop off, done! It’s that easy.
