Continuing their year-long “The World is Your Classroom” campaign, Rivier University recently debuted their latest TV commercial that highlights the University’s global engagement initiatives consistent with the University’s strategic plan.
The TV spot showcases Rivier’s undergraduate, professional studies and graduate students and demonstrates how they take advantage of learning opportunities and experiences around the globe.

The campaign began in the spring of 2012 with billboard advertising announcing “Nashua is Our Home. The World is Our Classroom.” The campaign coincided with Rivier’s transition to University status.
In the fall of 2012, the second phase of the campaign launched with a series of radio and online advertisements highlighting student profiles that showcased Rivier’s focus on global engagement. The TV commercial is the next phase of the campaign.
Since the transition to Rivier University, the institution’s core mission has been sharpened by initiatives in global engagement and outreach to international students. In addition, new academic programs in global studies and transnational security studies will enhance the ability of the University’s students and faculty to connect to the world in the classroom and beyond. “Our transition to Rivier University provided the opportunity to reintroduce ourselves to the world with a renewed focus on academic distinction, global engagement, and student leadership,” said President Sister Paula Marie Buley. “Nashua is our home, and the world is our classroom.”
