Ms. Ahlvin’s primary responsibilities will include the procurement of new business for the company and contract administration for Rossmar & Graham's strong portfolio of communities in the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas. Arianne’s extensive background in community association management makes her uniquely qualified for this position.

Arianne began her career in the HOA property management industry with Rossmar & Graham in 2001, and most recently served as District Manager of Rossmar & Graham’s Scottsdale Region, where she oversaw a staff of portfolio and master community managers.
Ms. Ahlvin has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, and holds Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. Ms. Ahlvin is also a LEED GA (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate).
