Rossmar & Graham, Arizona's largest and most experienced full-service community association management firm, has appointed Jason Proudfit as its new CEO. Proudfit previously held the position of CFO at Rossmar & Graham, where he worked closely with the executive team in all facets of the business. Current president Jim Hanley plans to leave the company after a short transition period.

“We are confident that Jason’s strong finance background coupled with his demonstrated leadership ability makes him the ideal candidate to lead Rossmar & Graham,” said Gene Gomberg, CEO of FirstService Residential, Rossmar & Graham’s parent company. “Jason embodies all of the qualities we look for in a leader: solid ethics and values, enthusiasm, professionalism and a true concern for clients and employees.”

“It has been my great privilege to work closely with the Rossmar & Graham team in my role as chief financial officer,” Proudfit said. “I have learned all aspects of the business, especially the importance of listening to our clients and providing proactive service to meet their unique needs. It’s this experience that led to the decision for me to take over as the CEO.”

As CFO, Proudfit was responsible for driving strategic planning while overseeing financial reporting, treasury activities, corporate accounting and client accounting services. In addition, he managed many key departments, such as information technology, human resources, financial services, account integration, resale disclosure, and facilities. Proudfit also directed the financial management of the company's regional offices and subsidiary businesses.

Proudfit has extensive experience spanning 15 years in public and corporate finance. Prior to joining Rossmar & Graham, he spent several years as a CPA in public accounting in the Seattle area and served as CFO for companies in the real estate, construction, engineering and sporting goods industries. He brings expertise in IT, operations, financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and has a proven track record managing companies through high growth periods and periods of financial stress. Proudfit received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his master’s of accountancy degree from Brigham Young University.
