The level of excitement that I’ve seen in a first-time homebuyer is the same I’ve seen in a first-time flyer.

Spencer Mamber, of RE/MAX Southeast, has been helping people realize their dream of homeownership for more than a decade, and for half a decade helping future aviators fulfill their dream of flying. The former Air Force pilot, turned Realtor, who has been a pilot since the age of twenty-one, teaches at the Aspen Flying Club located at Centennial Airport.
“Flying, in addition to real estate, is my passion in life,” said Spencer. “I have a number of sixteen year-old students and it’s great to see and nurture their passion for flying.”
Spencer not only enjoys working with first-time flyers, but with first-time homebuyers as well. As a father and grandfather, Spencer cherishes the “pseudo-parental” approach that he utilizes to get his clients the right home for their family. “The instructor-pilot in me loves helping first-time homebuyers work through their first home-buying experience,” he said. “The level of excitement that I’ve seen in a first-time homebuyer is the same I’ve seen in a first-time flyer.”
