Andrew R. McRoberts, a Government group lawyer at the Sands Anderson firm, successfully represented Richmond Affordable Housing as pro bono counsel in a petition seeking a zoning variance from the city, enabling the completion of the urban infill development, Beckstoffer’s Mill, in Richmond’s historic Church Hill neighborhood, Government group leader Daniel M. Siegel announced.
