The final designs are in progress for two-story and ranch-style paired homes. We hope to be move-in ready by fall 2016 and can take reservations for presales now.

The aptly named Golden Mesa Subdivision is located in Golden, CO, the Jewel of Jefferson County. The development, the brainchild of Sheila Weaver and Nelson and Son Construction, recently broke ground and now includes preliminary drafts, floor plans and signage.

“The final designs are in progress for two-story and ranch-style paired homes,” said Sheila, who specializes in development and new construction. “We hope to be move-in ready by fall 2016 and can take reservations for presales now.”

Clay Nelson also developed nearby Garden Glen and collaborated with Weaver in the design and construction of Meadow Ridge Estates. Weaver and Nelson are also working with Denver-based Architectural Workshop to introduce urban contemporary-style homes to this area of Golden.

“Golden is known for its history, wealth of culture, scenic beauty, thriving businesses and friendly people,” said Sheila. “The Golden Mesa Subdivision, located just 5 minutes from Colorado School of Mines, is destined to add to this abundance while giving this historic area a contemporary feel.”

Please call Sheila Weaver at 303-202-3030 for more information on this new project or about reservations for presales.
