RE/MAX Alliance Realtor Sheila Weaver recently announced the Golden Mesa Subdivision, west of 14th and Quaker in Golden, CO, is now replete with sidewalks, streets and a sales trailer in place and open on weekends. “We are ready to reserve lots and provide details regarding interior finishes and colors,” said Weaver. “The first paired units are in the early stages of construction. These homes will offer deluxe features such as wide plank wood floors, granite counters and stainless steel Cafe Series appliances, including a gas five-burner range. Front yards will be landscaped and include sprinkler systems.”

The Golden Mesa Subdivision is the brainchild of Weaver and Nelson and Son Construction.
