The seminar will be held at the Deerfield Double Tree by Hilton Hotel at 100 Fairway Drive, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. The event starts at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. It is highly recommended that those interested in attending RSVP by calling United Financial at 877-509-3160. Additional lenders will be onsite, so attendees should call to see if their bank is going to be in attendance.
United Financial Counselors is a well-known leader in loss mitigation. United has partnered with mortgage servicers over the years to hold over 30 events that have helped thousands of homeowners. On May 17, homeowners will have the opportunity to listen in on a 30-minute seminar to learn how the approval and denial mortgage modification process works with most major lending institutions. Jason Walowitz, the finance director for United, will host these ongoing seminars starting at 10:30 a.m.
“The goal of this event is to provide free education to homeowners that is hard to come by in today’s monetary world,” says Walowitz.
After attending the workshop, homeowners will have more tools and knowledge to face their lender, along with the appropriate questions. United recommends that anyone looking to modify or refinance their loan, but is having trouble, attend this event. One hour at the event could potentially save a homeowner thousands in interest.
