The Sloan Consortium (Sloan-C) and MERLOT today announced “Best-in-Track” sessions, recognizing exceptional speaker submissions for the 7th Annual International Symposium for Emerging Technologies for Online Learning (ET4Online), which is produced jointly by Sloan-C and MERLOT, and takes place April 9-11, in Dallas, Texas.
The Best-in-Track designation is awarded to the session proposal in each track that has achieved distinction in the review process. The selection is made from any combination of the following: highest combined review score, closest alignment to the conference goals, or recognition for distinction through peer reviewers, with final selection by the ET4Online Program Chair(s) and Conference Chair.
"We were genuinely impressed by the exceptional session proposals we received across all six tracks for this year’s symposium,” said Conference Chair David Wicks, Associate Professor of Curriculum and Instruction, School of Education, Seattle Pacific University. “Congratulations to our Best-in-Track presenters for delivering on the conference mission with contributions that truly emphasize innovation and inventive uses of technology for improving teaching and learning online."
