Corpus Christi, TX (PRWEB) May 02, 2013

Rockport Tours, a Corpus Christi-based travel agency, has been coordinating tours and trips for over 20 years. They are excited to announce that they are currently working on offering a new service to their senior travelers – meet and greet opportunities.

The meet and greets will be for singles, mostly seniors, who are who are looking for travel partners for cruises. It is not always easy to find someone with whom to travel and traveling alone simply costs more. Rockport Tours is hoping that these meet and greets will enable singles and seniors to travel as often as they would like.

Rockport Tours offers a wide variety of cruise travel options that would please any traveler. Travelers in need of some warmer weather and fun in the sun can head out on a cruise to the southern Caribbean. In addition, there are cruises to Australia and New Zealand, as well as tours of the Panama Canal, Alaska, the Mediterranean, and the New England and Canadian coastline. Rockport Tours also offers motor coach travel across the U.S., day trips in and around the great state of Texas, and numerous casino destinations.
About the company:
Rockport Tours, Inc. is a member of the ABA-American Bus Association, NTA-National Tour Association and CLIA-Cruise Line International Association. Rockport Tours also supports the Rockport Chamber of Commerce and the Corpus Christi Convention and Visitors Bureau. Lorene and Mike Kohleffel are the owners. Rockport Tours, Inc. is located in Corpus Christi, Texas, on the Gulf of Mexico. Kay and John Leyland began the company in 1992 and chose the name Rockport Tours, because they started in Rockport, a growing "Winter Texan" town on Aransas Bay. When the office was moved to Corpus Christi in 1996, the Leyland’s decided to keep the name out of respect to the good folks in Rockport who helped build and continue to support the company. A special "tip of the hat" goes to the Rockport/Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Rockport Tours offers a wide variety of travel, including bus trips, Texas cruises and cheap travel options.
