Tracking Software Secures Sodexho For Sarbanes Oxley Compliance

Keeping IT systems up and running and secure through strong security controls is considered critical by successful large organisations like Sodexho, particularly when employee internet activity is conducted across multiple locations and countries.
This led to the decision to install the WhosOn software to observe the company's employee internet activity. WhosOn has been used on a total of ten Internet Information Services (IIS) Servers monitoring user activities in a non-intrusive system that complements existing security systems and enables the company to create reports which can be interrogated either on a daily basis or over a longer period of time. The reports created are also used for Sarbanes Oxley audits for compliance in combating fraud and alerting the company to any irregularities.

In relation to improvement to Visitor Tracking there is improved spider detection plus the ability to add custom spider user agents to the database. Web owners can also now monitor visitors on-line form entries in real time and the new version also allows anonymous proxy server detection i.e. visitors are flagged if they are using an anonymous proxy server.
All of the updates and new features are available immediately for all customers with current support contracts in place and without any additional fees.
