Solomon Associates, the leading performance improvement company for the global energy industry, today announced that it has promoted John Jungman to Vice President of Pipeline and Terminal Studies. In this role, Jungman will direct Solomon’s pipeline and terminal benchmarking studies and participate in individual consulting engagements with clients. Jungman will report to Dave Bossung, executive vice president.
“John’s senior-level experience in field operations has allowed him to excel in managing and growing Solomon’s Worldwide Liquid Pipeline and Liquid Terminal Studies (Liquid Pipeline and Liquid Terminal Studies) as a senior consultant, and the vice president role is a natural next step,” said Dale Emanuel, president of Solomon Associates. “We are excited to extend his responsibilities to oversee all pipeline and terminal studies and consulting opportunities.”
Jungman joined Solomon in 2010 as a senior consultant to focus on the company’s Liquid Pipeline and Liquid Terminals Studies. He brings 21 years of liquid products terminal experience to the team.
Previously, Jungman served as executive vice president of Westway Terminal Company where he led operations and engineering. Prior to that, he held terminal management positions at TransMontaigne Product Services, ITAPCO, and Tenneco Oil Company. Jungman has served twice on the board of directors of the International Liquid Terminal Association.
Jungman has an MBA and bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
