Sovereign is launching a new resident involvement strategy to allow residents to shape their future. This strategy allows all residents to have their say in the way in which Sovereign deliver services and ensure Sovereign is providing the services that residents want.

Recent Resident Involvement
Sovereign is launching a new resident involvement strategy to allow residents to shape their future. This strategy allows all residents to have their say in the way in which Sovereign deliver services and ensure Sovereign is providing the services that residents want. Sovereign’s new resident involvement will also allow Sovereign to listen and respond to residents and help deliver an excellent standard of service.
The new strategy also aims to be innovative and adaptable in its approach, reflecting not only the wide geographical and demographic variance across Sovereign, but also tailoring services to individual needs.
Aasia Nisar, Resident Involvement Manager for Sovereign Housing Association, commented, “Sovereign Housing Association’s new resident involvement strategy is all about letting residents have direct input into how we deliver services to them.
