State and Federal Poster Inc. has the new NLRA posters required for NLRB posting for the best price nationwide guaranteed. This posting is now effective by April 2012 and there will be a fine if not followed. It is mandatory to have a NLRA poster with all labor law posters. This poster has been postponed by the request of the federal court from November 2011 to April 2012. The Act informs employees of their rights to unionize. Employees shall have the right to self-organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection, and shall also have the right to refrain from any or all such activities.
