State and Federal Poster Inc. upgraded the new posters for the New Labor Relations Act taking place. These posters are now available and released for all buyers to purchase. All posters must be 11x 17 inches. It will explain the workers' right in seeking union representation. The changes will be posted on the posters and must be followed which is under the Labor Act. This new rule applies to all big businesses and companies.
The National Labor Relations Board has published a proposed rule that would enforce all employers covered by the National Labor Relations Act, including unions in their extent as employers, to post a notice informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The proposed rule does not apply to employers who are not covered by the National Labor Relations Act such as the U.S. government. It has issued a final rule that will require employers covered by the National Labor Relations Act to post a notice in the work area explaining and covering all employees' rights under the new act. The posting requirement applies to employers covered by the Act, regardless of whether the workplace is unionized or union-free.
