Author Stephen A. Royall reaches out to readers, sharing his own life experiences in an effort to show them God’s unconditional love for all people in his new memoir, “You Are Not Alone!: There Is a God!” (published by WestBow Press).
“There may come a time in life when we do not know what to do or if anyone cares or loves us,” Royall writes. “‘You Are Not Alone!’ demonstrates and shows the love, heart and care that God has for each of us.”
At age 9, Royall accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and by the time he was 12, he felt God calling him into the ministry. As he continued to mature, his focus shifted, and he dreamed of being a football coach, which put his plans to enter the ministry on the back burner.
Royall served in the Army for a little more than a year, but his service was cut short because of a blown knee and fallen arches in his feet. His military experience shaped him to be a better leader and soldier to God, he says, thus he began to revisit the idea of becoming a minister.
By sharing his own spiritual journey, Royall hopes his readers will see that God loves and cares for each of them and be encouraged to recognize the importance of a strong relationship with the Lord.
