Street Surfing eyes new action-packed products to add to award-winning lineup
Charlotte, NC (Vocus/PRWEB ) October 21, 2009 -- Street Surfing, LLC, a leading sporting goods manufacturer of the award-winning Wave®, The Wave LX and The Ripple, is teaming up with Charlotte-based Edison Nation to host an innovative "Live Product Search," calling for action oriented toy and action sports products.
Street Surfing, which recently launched the Whiplash™ self-propelled part scooter and part Wave® (caster board), is best known for action-sports products that promote good health, activity and fun for youth. Through Edison Nation's secure online platform for innovation, Street Surfing is now turning to Edison Nation's membership of inventor-entrepreneurs, as well as their consumers for toy and sports product ideas that have both mass-market and youth appeal.
If a product concept(s) is chosen, the inventor will receive an advance on royalties, a percentage of sales, and an opportunity to see the product launched globally through Street Surfing's innovative marketing programs and multi channel retailers.

All participants will be able to track the status of their idea as it moves in real-time through Edison Nation's expert review process, all the way up to the final concepts presentation to the Street Surfing Development team.
