For a recipe to qualify it must contain:

Each month Swanson’s email team will look through all of the recipes they receive and choose one to feature in the upcoming recipe email. The winner will be awarded a choice of a $100 Swanson Vitamins gift certificate, or a 5-piece set of Mercola cast iron pots and pans, a $197 value.
The next featured recipe email is slated for March 22. Recipes sent before March 10, will be eligible for that email.

¼ cup raw almond butter, creamy style (or other nut butter of your choice)
1 tablespoon Swanson Organic Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
2 tablespoons YS Organics Wild Flower Honey
¼ cup Swanson Raw Cashews (chopped)
¼ cup Swanson Raw Walnut Halves and Pieces (chopped)
¼ cup Swanson Raw Sunflower Seeds

Directions:
Stir first three ingredients together and fold in remaining nuts, seeds, raisins and salt. Form into little balls, and place on tin foil sheets in the freezer or refrigerator. Makes 12.
