Carol Gibson Appointed as President of Symphony Management Consulting

SAP HCM Consulting firm brings industry veteran with over 20 years of human capital management experience on board as president.

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) May 30, 2008 -- Symphony Management Consulting announced today that it has appointed Carol Gibson as the new President of the organization. Carol joins Symphony from SAP America where she was responsible for Client and Strategic Account Management and Development.

Prior to her current role at SAP, Carol worked for over 20 years in various roles within Human Resources. At SAP, Carol was responsible for multiple strategic accounts and closed a significant portion of business including projects like City of Portland, State of Washington Department of Personnel, State of Washington HCA, and State of Colorado Department of Transportation. Carol's expertise in Human Capital Management over the last 20 years, including her experience with implementing, managing and strategic account development, has allowed each of her customers to experience significant ROI and continuous success in their implementations.

Kellie Fitzpatrick, Chief Operating Officer of Symphony Management Consulting, stated, "Carol brings a wealth of HCM experience across multiple platforms including ADP, Tesseract, Peoplesoft and SAP. Carol Gibson will join Symphony in her new role on June 1, 2008 and will report to the Symphony Management Consulting Executive Leadership team. Carol will be responsible for strategic development, client interaction and the daily operations of the organization.
