Position Descriptions and Qualifications:
Call Center Phone & Online Sales Representative: A Call Center Phone & Online Sales Representative is highly focused on customer service and satisfaction. This individual will interact with both current and potential clients on a daily basis via live-chat and phone conversations. Extensive product knowledge coupled with an unwavering ability to anticipate and accommodate the needs of our customers is a must, as it will allow the Sales Representative to successfully field questions or concerns that come in through the company’s chat portal and customer service hotline. The talented group of Sales Representatives at TMX Finance is also responsible for following up with consumers who have expressed an interest in loan products.
