Visible World has named Louis J. Desiderio as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Desiderio as its new Chief Financial Officer. Desiderio, a senior finance executive with over 22 years of experience in high-growth technology companies, assumed his new role on May 27th, 2008.

Desiderio's experience includes multi-million dollar IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. He also has significant experience in securing and managing private equity and bank financing. Desiderio began his career with Coopers & Lybrand's Emerging Business Services group.
