The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is widely recognized as the best true measure of client satisfaction. The creator of NPS to measure client satisfaction, Fred Reichheld, is a former Bain consultant and author of "The Ultimate Question." Reichheld's book states that a NPS over 70% is considered outstanding.
Another study by ValueStar, an independent business rating service affiliated with San Jose University, also gave Smart Resources Staffing their highest ranking: 95% of Smart Resources' clients said they would use both the Chicago agency's temporary staffing and direct-to-hire services again and recommend the firm to others. Smart Resources was the first staffing agency in Chicago to receive ValueStar's highest rating.
