Dave Wilkins of The Oliver Group will speak on recruitment best practices at a meeting of the Greater Cincinnati Health Council on October 30 and how companies can decrease their costs by using tools for improved candidate selection.

Dave Wilkins will be leading the presentation. Wilkins is the former President and CEO of Doe-Anderson in Louisville, KY, and retired from the advertising company after 28 years of service. Since 2008 Wilkins has been a Senior Consultant at The Oliver Group, advising leaders and assisting in the growth of organizations and executives in the healthcare and other industries.
Wilkins' presentation to the Greater Cincinnati Health Council will include information on operating in a volatile environment and recommended tools for making hiring decisions in the healthcare industry.
